The same time, she qualified as a Scouting Leader at the International Union of Guides and Scouts of Europe.

During her PhD studies, she decided to emigrate to Great Britain to follow her ambition to extend, broaden and develop her career on different platforms. After completing her Early Years’ qualification, Mrs. Jones worked in different settings across London over the course of ten years, gaining a wealth of experience in teaching and caring for young children. Mrs. Jones had a key role of creating and supervising the Montessori environment as well as guiding other members of staff in Montessori methodology. At the same time, she took an important role of mentoring MCI teaching practice students at the settings she worked for many years. During those years of working as a qualified Montessori teacher, Mrs. Jones took pride in the continuous provision as she attended several courses and seminars in relation to Child Psychology and Development. After gaining a great deal of experience in her career as an Early Years expert for over ten years, Mrs. Jones decided to move away from London to countryside where she established her own Montessori setting with her husband. Mr. and Mrs. Jones combined their knowledge and skills thereby creating a unique, warm, and homely learning environment at Fluppet’s Montessori which they found in 2017. They are proud to be able to give local children the opportunity to experience and learn through the Montessori ethos and apparatus since then.
